Training
We have an extensive training plan for our entire workforce. We work closely with Train-to-Gain, Construction Industry Training Board and the Construction Skills.
We use several different training agencies; the training consists of the following:
Management
- Business Management NVQ 3-4-5, CSCS
- Management experience
- First Aid
In addition to the above, all scaffold managers are trained as scaffold supervisors.
Scaffold Supervisor
- Advanced scaffolding
- Scaffolding supervisor
- LGV licence up to 7.5 tons
- CISRS
- First Aid
- C&G Monitoring, signing, lighting, Guarding
Scaffold supervisors have also completed all training as described in Scaffolding Gangs.
Office Staff
- Administration NVQ2+
- Customer Service NVQ2
- Computer skills
- Reception skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Basic knowledge of SAGE (helpful)
Yard- varied positions
- CISRS
- Basic Forklift/ Lift operating Training
- Driving licence up to 3.5tons
