Geevor Tin Mine
As well as the vast amount of cuplok that we use on commercial building sites, we also use traditional tube and fitting scaffolding.

One of our largest contracts to date was Geevor Tin Mine, a contract we originally started in 2001, and recommenced in 2007. For us this was a very rewarding contract, with it being local and a focal point through many of our employees’ upbringings, therefore it helped us to give something back to the local community.
In regards to the scaffolding element, a vast amount of tube and fitting was used at this location to provide access to re-roof and re-clad many of the old industrial buildings. From this contract sprang three temporary roofs, which were very interesting jobs in their own right, but for us, one of the most challenging and successful works generated from this contract was the temporary roof structure covering an old conveyor belt.
As is visible from the many photographs of the job, this was not a one-off job, but one that will always be remembered as a huge success in the company.
