We offer three main systems of scaffolding:
- Traditional Tube and Fitting Scaffolding.
These scaffolds are erected with Galvanized Scaffolding Tube and using couplers to join together. We board all our lifts according to TG20, our scaffolds include ladder hatches, double handrails and toe boards. We can erect using Aluminium Scaffold Tube on request if needed. Our scaffold tube is available, in the following lengths: 21’ -18’-16’-13’-10’-8’-6’- & 5’. The outside diameter of our scaffold tube is 48.3mm with a wall thickness of 4mm or 3.2mm (high yield). Our scaffold tube is fully galvanised and conforms to BS EN39:2001. Our scaffold boards are Grade A and we have enviromental certificates to prove its origin.
- Cuplok System (Genlok)
Cuplok components can be fastened with one hammer blow and are lighter with less components. Systemised modular construction ensures accuracy and speed. It is fully complying to EN12811 2004, and fully compliant with NASC (National Access Scaffolding Confederation) Manufacturers code of practice. It is easy to erect, by its modular design, Genlok automatically sets standard spacing and lift heights so that levelling and plumbing of the scaffold is not required after the base lift. It is a lighter weight and has no loose fittings, is fully galvanised, and compatible with regular scaffold boards there is no need for ledger bracing which reduces labour. It can be adapted for all trades on site. We have also introduced smaller ledgers and corner fillers to ensure no overlaying of boards. We can supply loading bays and staircases, samples are shown below.
- UBIX Temporary Roof System
We erect all of our temporary roofs with the UBIX Temporary Roof System. This excellent Temporary Roof System utilises the Kadler Sheeting method and is designed to eradicate leakage thus providing a perfectly weatherproof covering.
